Purchases

In order to purchase the goods displayed on the Orizon Clothing website s.e.n.c. (hereinafter “ Horizon "), including gift cards, you will be required at certain times to enter certain information, including, but not limited to, the information on the credit card used to pay for the order and related billing. By providing this information, you warrant that it is both accurate and up-to-date. Making a purchase confirms that you agree to pay all charges that you or those you authorize may incur, including, but not limited to, through your account, credit card, or PayPal account, in connection with the order placed. Orizon reserves the right to refuse an order at its sole discretion, for any reason.

Orders placed on the Orizon website are subject to a process that compares the information the buyer provides on the website with the information provided about the buyer by their financial institution. In the event of a discrepancy, your order may be delayed until the information can be corrected.

Currency, payment methods and applicable taxes

All prices listed for products offered on the Orizon website are in Canadian dollars.

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as fast payment methods like Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address. Please note that these vary from province to province in Canada. They will be adjusted accordingly at the time of ordering.

Availability of items

Orizon will make every effort to provide you with the best possible information regarding the availability of items listed on this website. However, some items listed on the website may not be available. Therefore, if a product is not available, you can make a reservation with a deposit of twenty-five percent (25 %) payable immediately and the balance of seventy-five percent (75 %) will be payable before delivery when the item is back in stock.

Changes

The prices indicated on this website are subject to of changes without notice. Discounts on certain selected catalog items or otherwise identified are in effect while supplies last. Orizon reserves the right to correct any errors in the prices indicated on this website or in partner stores. Orizon will use its best efforts to bring any pricing error to your attention as quickly as possible, through this website or in store. Orizon may, at its sole discretion, refuse any order or purchase in the event of such an error.

Returns

Except for gift cards and specially marked items “ final sale » or deemed to be, any item purchased from an Orizon partner store or this website may be returned for refund or exchange (subject to the terms that follow) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Any sale of an item sold with a forty percent (40 %) or more is deemed to be a final sale.

Any return of an item will be subject to the returned item being in good condition and in its original packaging without having been worn, washed or used and being accompanied by proof of purchase and original tags.

Returns for items purchased on this website can only be made by reshipment. Please note that no returns, exchanges, or refunds, if applicable, for items purchased online can be made at a partner store.

The return package must include your online account number, which appears on your receipt. After completing the form available by clicking the link below, a pre-printed shipping label will be issued and you can affix it to the return package.

You will not have to pay anything at the post office if you use the pre-printed label. However, we will deduct from your refund an amount of fifteen dollars ($15) plus applicable taxes to cover the cost of reshipping.

Make a return request

Returns of items purchased from any Orizon partner store must be made to the store indicated on the receipt. Please note that no returns, exchanges, or refunds, if applicable, for items purchased from a partner store will be made by reshipping.

Unable to deliver

Orizon is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect recipient address. Please ensure that the recipient address is correct and contact Customer Service if you believe the recipient has not received their order.

Delivery costs and delivery destination

Delivery is free for all orders of one hundred and ninety dollars ($190) or more (before taxes). A delivery charge of fifteen dollars ($15) plus taxes is required for all orders under one hundred and ninety dollars ($190) before taxes.

Orizon offers delivery almost everywhere in Canada, except in areas with a postal code with air bus service. For greater certainty, areas with a postal code with air bus service are served by an Air Bus Service office, where all mail must be received or sent by air more than six (6) months of the year.

Risks of loss

All products purchased on this site are delivered by a third-party delivery company pursuant to a delivery contract, as indicated at the time of ordering. However, Orizon assumes the risk of loss and damage to the products until the product is delivered to you. In order to honor this policy, Orizon reserves the right to require a signature upon receipt of delivery or other proof of delivery satisfactory to Orizon. If no one can accept the delivery, a delivery notice may be left and the package will then be held at the shipping facility indicated on the notice in accordance with the third-party delivery company's policies.

Cancellation of order

You will not be able to cancel an order placed on the Orizon website, except for reasons specifically provided for by applicable laws and regulations.

Delivery times

In-stock products are indicated on the Orizon website when ordering and delivery takes between seven (7) and ten (10) business days, unless otherwise indicated by Orizon when ordering. If a product is not in stock, you can express your interest in purchasing this product by following the procedure provided for this purpose on this website. By placing an order with Orizon, you agree to the delivery time indicated when ordering.As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the third-party delivery company's website that will allow you to track the progress of your package.

Guarantees

Other than the warranties provided by the manufacturers of the items offered for sale on this website, which are subject to the terms and conditions contained therein, as well as the warranties provided by law, Orizon makes no representation of any kind and gives no warranty, implicit or explicit, concerning the merchantability, quality or particular use for which an item may be intended as well as with regard to the accuracy of the information provided concerning an item.

Invalidity of the terms and conditions of use

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain valid and enforceable according to their terms.

It is the intention of the parties that the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable and in a manner that most closely reflects the intentions of the parties to these terms and conditions.

Waiver of Terms and Conditions of Use

Failure to enforce any provision herein shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce the provision in the future. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns.

Force majeure

If Orizon's performance of any of its obligations hereunder or set forth in the Order Confirmation is delayed due to force majeure or any other reason beyond Orizon's control, the date of performance shall be delayed for the duration of the delay.
