Are your products only offered in your online store?
Although our products are mainly offered on our online store, you can find certain items in the following specialized store:

Can I buy online and pick up my order at a point of sale?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer this service. Modalities allowing this are currently being analyzed.
What is the delivery time for my order?
It takes between 7 and 10 business days for delivery to Canada.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for all orders of $190 or more (before taxes).

Below $190, shipping costs per order are $15 + taxes at regular rate.
Do you deliver anywhere in Canada?
Yes, almost everywhere in Canada, except in areas that have a postal code with Omnibus air service.

N.B. An Omnibus Air Service office is a post office where all mail must be received or shipped by air for more than six months per year.
How are the taxes added to my order calculated?
Taxes are based on shipping address. Note that these differ from one province to another in Canada. They will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I track the progress of my package? How?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a link to the Canada Post website which will allow you to follow the progress of your package.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as fast payment methods like Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
What are the return and refund procedures for an online purchase?
We invite you to first consult our return and refund policy for more details.

Attention: If you purchase an item accompanied by a promotional item. In the event of a return, the item on promotion must be returned at the same time as the item purchased.

If you meet the return and refund criteria, it will be easy for you to do so by completing the form provided for this purpose which you will find on page Sale, delivery and returns. A pre-printed shipping label will be issued. You can affix it to the return package.

You will not have to pay anything at the post office if you use the pre-printed label. We will deduct an amount of $15.00 + taxes from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
