Orizon also takes the necessary steps to ensure that all of its employees are informed about the content of this Policy and informed about privacy practices. If a privacy security incident occurs, Orizon will disclose, when required, to the Commission d’accès à l’information and the persons concerned, the occurrence of this incident and shall adopt measures to reduce the impact of this security incident on the persons concerned. Orizon will also investigate the security incident and adopt methods to reduce the risk of a similar security incident occurring again. Orizon maintains a record of all security incidents involving personal information.

Orizon will respond to any request for access or rectification within 30 days of receipt of the written request. In the event of a refusal to provide or correct the information, Orizon will provide the person concerned with the reasons for the refusal and the sections of the applicable law that support the refusal, subject to the restrictions prescribed by law, and will inform them of their remedies. If Orizon refuses to correct your personal information, we will allow you to provide written comments in your file regarding the personal information that was the subject of the refusal.
